Admissions Process at Renewed Light
Renewed Light is a private outpatient treatment facility in which clients are voluntarily enrolled in our mental health programs. We welcome referrals from mental health professionals and other organizations.
Individuals are also able to self-admit to our outpatient treatment programs. Our admissions counselors and intake specialists are available 24/7 to answer any of your questions. Our team can guide you through what to expect during treatment in any of our programs for you or a loved one.
What to Expect When Speaking with Our Admissions Team
The first step in getting professional mental health treatment is to first contact our admissions department and speak with our team. Next, we will conduct an initial assessment to determine if you or your loved one is a good candidate for our programs.
If you or your loved one is determined to be a good fit for our program, then a longer assessment will be conducted by one of our board-licensed medical professionals. The medical professional will review the following items
- Current symptoms related to an individual’s mental health condition(s)
- Medical history and diagnosis, including types of treatments that were previously administered
- Most recent clinical notes
- Any medications that the individual may be currently taking
Insurance And to And Payment Options
Renewed Light works with many insurance providers to offer programs that can be provided with little to no cost to the individual. We also offer self-pay options for those who do not have insurance.
During your first call, our admissions specialists will take your insurance information and conduct an initial verification through your insurance provider. Our team is highly trained in insurance terminology and can help you to understand even the most confusing policy. They will provide you with all the information you need to make an informed decision. This includes your insurance benefits, deductibles, and any copays or other costs you may be responsible for.
